Job description


As a Cannabis Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering orders directly to customers in a timely, professional, and compliant manner. You'll be the face of the company during each interaction, so providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong attention to detail are essential.
In this role, you must strictly follow all company policies and California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations to ensure safe and legal deliveries. Compliance, accuracy, and professionalism are crucial to maintaining the integrity of our operations and building trust with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and promptly deliver cannabis products to customers
  • Verify customer ID and age at delivery point to ensure compliance
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
  • Maintain delivery logs and manifests per company and regulatory policy
  • Communicate with dispatch and team throughout your shift
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
  • Follow all state cannabis regulations and delivery protocols
  • Provide exceptional service and resolve basic customer concerns

Requirements:
  • Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record and no DUI in the past ten years or at fault accidents in the past five years. No moving violations for the past three years.
  • Must pass a background check and MVR
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using GPS and mobile apps
  • Customer service or delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs
