What you'll do... 

  • Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards 

  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment 

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs 

  • Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements 

  • Coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance 

What you'll need... 

  • Two (2) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability 

  • Previous plant production software experience 

  • Experienced in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings 

  • Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
