Delivery Driver

Reports to: Store Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Delivery Location: Portage, MI Pay Range: $16.00 + fuel reimbursement

Position Summary:

At Mint Cannabis, we're all about delivering more than just great products โ€” we're delivering experiences. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the friendly face bringing cannabis directly to our customers' doors. This isn't your average delivery job โ€” accuracy, compliance, and customer service are key. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to roll, we want you on the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport and deliver cannabis products directly to customers while following state laws and company guidelines
  • Verify customer identity upon delivery to ensure compliance with all state regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service during every interaction, representing Mint Cannabis with professionalism and positivity
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, records, and paperwork for every order
  • Inspect vehicles before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance or safety issues immediately
  • Uphold traffic laws, safety standards, and company delivery policies at all times

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license; reliable, insured personal vehicle.
  • Strong attention to detail and a compliance-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
