Dart's paper plate Center of Excellence is ramping up production, and we're hiring Machine Operators to help us build a strong, high-performing operation. This is your chance to join early, get trained on the equipment, and grow alongside the facility.

Schedule:
This role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts that require prolonged periods of standing and active movement. Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred.
Available shifts include:
  • 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium)
  • 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

What you'll do...
  • Operate and monitor high-speed equipment
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines
  • Perform quality checks and basic maintenance
  • Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures
  • Use SAP and on-machine computer/tablet systems to:
    • Document machine performance
    • Log downtime, issues, and production updates
    • Input and track real-time operational data

What you'll need...
  • Level I: Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills
  • Level II: 2+ years of experience or technical training
  • Level III: 3+ years of experience with specialized machinery (e.g., thermoforming, injection molding)
  • All Levels:
    • Basic computer and typing skills required (experience using tablets, production systems, or data entry strongly preferred)
    • Ability to accurately document machine activity and issues in real time
