Job description

Do you enjoy being on the road and take pride in safe, reliable driving? JARS Cannabis is looking for a Wholesale Delivery Driver to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for transporting cannabis inventory from our distribution hub to retail stores across Arizona. You'll represent JARS Cannabis on every delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and professionalism while handling products with care.

What You'll Do:
  • Safely transport cannabis inventory between the distribution facility and retail stores.

  • Sign out delivery van, tablet, body cam, and proper documents at the start of each shift.

  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and obtain required sign-offs.

  • Verify orders before departure to ensure accuracy.

  • Use dispatch app to follow delivery routes and communicate with store managers about arrival times.

  • Shift start time between 12:30 PM-2:00 PM, with an end time between 8:30 PM-10:00 PM.
  • Assist store staff with unloading deliveries and completing product counts.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and complete end-of-shift checklists with manager signature.

  • Report any vehicle issues, damages, or incidents immediately.

  • Comply with all Arizona Department of Health Services regulations and company policies while on the job.

What We're Looking For:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance may require 25+).

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for insurance).

  • Previous professional driving or delivery experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

  • Valid Arizona Department of Health Services Facility Agent (FA) card required.

  • Ability to work long hours and maintain focus on safety and compliance.
