Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and state-mandated tracking systems like METRC is typically required. Outstanding communication, professionalism, and the ability to educate customers about products make someone stand out in this role. These skills are crucial for ensuring legal compliance, building customer trust, and maintaining efficient daily operations in a regulated industry.
