What You Will Do:

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver hands-on patient care,assistwith evaluations, and implement treatment plans to support recovery and functional improvement.

  • Provide treatment to patients based on established plans of care and therapist direction.

  • Implement therapeutic exercise programs aligned with patient goals and discharge plans.

  • Instruct patients in proper use of assistive devices such as wheelchairs, crutches, canes, braces, and prosthetics.

  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

  • Modify treatments with therapist approval to support patient progress.

  • Assistin collecting data for evaluations and reassessments.

  • Meet departmental productivity standards.

  • Accurately document patient care, progress notes, and billing information.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members andparticipatein care conferences.

  • Recommend discharge needs and equipment asappropriate.

  • Provide training to staff on mobility and equipment usage.

  • Participate in department education and training activities.

  • Maintain continuing education requirements for licensure.

  • Work across multiple locations or clinical areas as needed.

  • Complete assigned projects and perform all other duties as assigned.
