Job description

Summary

Candy Dynamics is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer residing near Carmel, Indiana. This position includes concept design and production for all aspects of packaging, print and digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in new product development.

• Package design.

• Creation of 3D digital prototypes of new products.

• Creation of promotional imagery for use in print and digital media.

• Proper configuration of art files for successful print production.

• Design and execution of advertisements for print and digital media.

• Design and execution of graphics and media for trade shows.

• Creation of logos, stationery, forms, flyers, catalogs and other business support materials as required.

• Creation of packaging and promotional art for foreign partners and their markets.

Requirements

• A strong and varied design portfolio.

• Excellent organization and time management skills, able to handle diverse projects and tasks.

• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

• A team player who is open to pitching in and going beyond regular duties when needed.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of commercial print processes, including web and flexo.

• Proficiency with Process Color reproduction.

• High level proficiency in the following applications required.

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe InDesign

• Proficiency in the following applications preferred:

• Adobe Animate

• Adobe Premiere

• Blender (or other 3D program)

• Experience with an artistic CAD program like MoI or Plasticity is a plus.
