Job description

We are seeking a full-time Candle Packaging Team Member to join our small, energetic, and fast-growing team!

You will make and assemble candle products to help us stock up on candles for our busy seasons. The job is M-F 8am-5pm and located in our manufacturing site in downtown Fort Smith, AR.

The position is to be filled in May and subject to a 2-month trial period. Once successfully completed, you will unlock access to benefits like PTO, health, dental and vision insurance as well as an opportunity for a raise.

The position will include a mixture of candle assembly, packaging & order fulfillment tasks. This requires mild physical workload requiring more fine motor skills and being one one's feet most of the day, as well as some heavy lifting (up to 55lb bags).

Responsibilities:

  • Make and assemble candle products (all training provided on-site).
  • Assist the team with order fulfillment-related tasks such as package orders, prepare shipping boxes, bubble wrap etc.
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures to maintain a high quality, clean and safe work environment.
  • Help with other miscellaneous production-related tasks such as inventory counts, warehouse organization etc.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable, self-motivated and with a good work ethic
  • Flexible, happy to help where help is needed attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely to maintain a high quality standard
  • Ability to handle some physical workload and work on their feet most of the day.
