PT – Skilled Nursing/Rehab – Claremont, NH (Weekdays, Re‑post)Role overview

Physical Therapist is needed for a weekday, full‑time day‑shift contract at a skilled nursing/post‑acute rehab facility in Claremont, NH, serving adult and geriatric residents. This 13‑week assignment is a reposted order after a cancelled placement and focuses on post‑acute rehab in a SNF setting.
