Vos tâches en un coup d’œil 
  • Vous assistez lors des examens préopératoires et remplissez avec précision les dossiers du patient.
  • Vous répondez aux questions des patients et assurez le meilleur service.
  • Vous travaillez en collaboration avec des optométristes.
  • Vous effectuez des tests préopératoires et postopératoires pour les patients.
  • Vous mettez à jour le système de rendez-vous après chaque consultation.
  • Vous planifiez et confirmez par téléphone les rendez-vous post-opératoires. 
Une vue claire de vos atouts    
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, la technologie et Microsoft 365 (la connaissance des systèmes de DME est un atout).
  • Vous avez un intérêt pour le domaine médical et êtes passionné par le service à la clientèle.
  • Vous avez de la facilité à entrer en contact avec l’autre et établissez rapidement un climat de confiance.
  • Votre expérience dans le domaine de l’optique et/ou médical est considérée comme un atout (technicien de laboratoire en pharmacie, assistant en optométrie, assistant dentaire, préposé à la stérilisation, aide-technicien en santé animale, etc.).
  • Vous recherchez un environnement de travail dynamique à rythme rapide, où votre capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois sera un atout.

Your tasks at a glance 
  • You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
  • You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
  • You work closely with Optometrists. 
  • You conduct pre-operative and post-operative tests for patients.  
  • You update the appointment system after every patient's consultation.
  • You schedule and confirm post-operative appointments by telephone.
