Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Postal Affairs Manager to oversee all aspects of our U.S. and Canadian mailing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of our print products while supporting internal teams and external partners across North America.

As the main point of contact for USPS and Canada Post, you will manage postal compliance, lead cost-optimization strategies, and maintain seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay current on USPS and Canada Post regulations and ensure compliance across all mailings, including PostalOne! submissions (US) and EST/CPC requirements (Canada)
  • Oversee mail preparation, entry, and in-home delivery tracking across both countries
  • Identify and apply postal discounts and incentive programs (e.g., EDDM, Saturation, Neighbourhood Mail, Personalized Mail)
  • Monitor address quality using tools like CASS, NCOA, and SERP, and work closely with external vendors to ensure mailing list compliance and data accuracy
  • Troubleshoot mailing issues and lead resolution efforts in coordination with postal services
  • Collaborate with Production, Client Support, and Sales teams to align on timelines and expectations
Requirements:

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in postal operations, logistics, or mail distribution
  • Strong understanding of USPS and Canada Post systems and requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional workflows and external partnerships

What will make you stand out:

  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs or compliance management, preferably within the advertising or media industry
  • Experience with address certification tools and platforms such as PostalOne!, Mail.dat, CASS, SERP, and NCOA
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe, Freshdesk, and Monday.com
  • Experience with Canadian mailing systems (EST, Snap Admail, or Neighbourhood Mail)

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in postal operations, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to help drive the success of our North American distribution efforts.
