The Bartender will provide excellent guest drinking experience. The Bartender will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer’s needs and expectations.

Position Expectations:

  • Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
  • Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
  • Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Follow food and beverage guides
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Completing all checklists required
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bartenders must have prior experience

  • Bartenders must be 21

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Must be able to go up and down stairs

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays
