What you'll do:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently to keep production lines at maximum productivity
  • Monitors quality of product and follows established protocols when defects are found
  • Performs rework effectively and efficiently to keep Hold inventory at minimum levels
  • Complete all required documents for purposes of tractability, production reporting and quality requirements
  • Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost and productivity
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Ability to work at high speeds and multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
