Job description

Lead the Hospital When It Matters Most
Some nursing roles care for one patient at a time. This one helps guide the care of an entire hospital.
As an Assistant Director of Campus Operations (ADCO) / House Supervisor, you'll play a critical leadership role in coordinating patient care activities across departments and campuses while helping ensure safe, efficient hospital operations. This role serves as a central point of communication for staff and leadership, helping navigate patient flow, staffing needs, operational challenges, and urgent issues as they arise.
What makes this position unique is the level of influence it carries. The ADCO supports regulatory, quality, and safety priorities, helps ensure standards of care and professional practice are met, and serves as the administrator designee in the absence of the administrator on call. In this role, you're not just overseeing operations-you're helping keep the hospital running smoothly while supporting both caregivers and patients behind the scenes and in real time.
This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse leader who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and thinking beyond the walls of one department. With a cross-campus scope and the ability to support multiple locations, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a system-wide impact every shift.
If you're looking for a leadership role where you can influence patient care, support teams across the hospital, and help drive operations at the highest level, ADCO may be your next step.
Requirements
  • Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license
  • 2-3 years of related experience in the acute care setting
