The Camping Specialist helps customers get the most out of their RV by providing hands-on walkthroughs and expert guidance. This role also supports customers in selecting the right parts and accessories to enhance their overall camping experience.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Conduct professional and thorough RV delivery demonstrations that ensure customers understand the safe and proper operation of their RV.
  • Educate customers on recommended accessories that enhance safety, usability, and the overall RV ownership experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories while delivering excellent customer service both in-store and through service work orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department that supports customer experience and sales.
  • Provide customer service that supports the long-term RV ownership experience and reinforces dealership brand standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with Sales, Service, and Parts leadership to support efficient dealership operations and delivery readiness.
  • Engage in a minimum of one (1) hour of weekly training related to RV systems, product knowledge, and/or manufacturer-led training to ensure continued development and expertise.
Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or parts sales is preferred.
  • Experience in the RV industry, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar product-based industries is preferred but not required.
  • Experience explaining technical products or systems to customers in a clear and professional manner is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
