Job description

Owala Senior Brand Manager-Core & Campaigns

Lehi, UT

Trove Brands is a privately-held house of brands including BlenderBottle®, Owala®, Whiskware®, and Eco-Brite®. Our patented and best-selling products are designed to simplify and improve everyday life with leading-edge innovation, incomparable quality, and aspirational style.

A career at Trove Brands is not about punching the clock. It’s about embracing exciting and fast-paced opportunities that sharpen your skills, drive innovation, and play an integral role in growing our global reach. Your work will not only impact the company, it will impact the lives of millions of people around the world. When you step up to a career at Trove, you step up to cutting‑edge excellence. You sign up for bold action and invigorating synergy. You agree to face—and break through—new challenges every single day.

We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader to own the portfolio strategy and growth for the Owala® brand. This role sits at the intersection of product, brand, and consumer, shaping how our portfolio drives demand, builds brand equity, and shows up in culture.

You’ll lead how we think about assortment, lifecycle, pricing, and positioning, but more importantly, how the portfolio comes to life in the market. From identifying breakout opportunities to shaping high‑impact product moments, you’ll ensure our lineup not only performs but creates excitement, relevance, and momentum.

This is a highly cross‑functional role, partnering closely with Brand, Creative, Community, Sales, and Operations to translate portfolio strategy into meaningful consumer experiences and measurable business results.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own overall portfolio strategy, including assortment architecture, product prioritization, and lifecycle planning
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities across the portfolio—scaling winning products, optimizing underperformers, and introducing new concepts that unlock incremental demand
  • Build and manage annual and seasonal portfolio plans aligned with brand strategy, financial targets, and consumer insights
  • Recommend additions, edits, and exits across SKUs, colors, patterns, and collections to improve productivity and brand cohesion
  • Co‑lead go‑to‑market strategy with Brand and Creative teams, ensuring the portfolio is leveraged to create impactful campaigns, product drops, and key moments
  • Translate portfolio strategy into compelling product narratives that fuel storytelling, content, and community engagement
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, collaborations, and limited releases that drive cultural relevance and consumer excitement
  • Help shape campaign priorities by bringing a strong point of view on product, trends, and consumer behavior
  • Own day‑to‑day portfolio performance, analyzing sales, velocity, margin, and SKU productivity
  • Develop and guide pricing strategy, positioning frameworks, and packaging direction across the portfolio
  • Partner with Sales to ensure the portfolio supports retailer strategies, merchandising needs, and distribution goals
  • Balance brand‑building initiatives with strong financial discipline and margin optimization
  • Serve as the internal steward of the portfolio, driving alignment and clarity across teams
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Operations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory flow, and lifecycle management
  • Support new product launches, transitions, and end‑of‑life processes to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate across Brand, Creative, Sales, and Operations to deliver cohesive execution of the 4Ps
  • Leverage data, consumer insights, and market trends to inform portfolio decisions and future direction
  • Continuously evaluate performance and refine strategies to improve both brand impact and commercial outcomes
Job Qualifications

We’re looking for a high-impact operator who blends strategic thinking with strong execution and a deep understanding of how product and brand work together to drive growth.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in portfolio management, brand management, merchandising, category management, or related roles
  • Experience in consumer products, CPG, or high‑SKU environments with fast product cycles
  • Proven track record of driving growth through product, brand, or portfolio initiatives
  • Strong understanding of assortment strategy, pricing, lifecycle management, and SKU productivity
  • Experience using data and insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities
  • Solid financial acumen, including margin drivers and pricing mechanics
  • Experience partnering with Brand, Creative, or Marketing teams to bring products to market
  • Strong instinct for what makes products resonate with consumers and show up meaningfully in culture
  • Ability to translate product strategy into compelling narratives and moments
  • Exceptional cross‑functional collaborator with the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and present strategies with clarity and confidence
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with high ownership

Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic. We value innovation through collaboration. And while we work smart and hard, we also connect and celebrate with equal gusto. We host team‑building activities, athletic events, and seasonal celebrations to foster community and reward accomplishments. Bottom line? You’ll love it here.

Among the many benefits our team members enjoy are:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care
  • 401k package with employer matching
  • Paid Time Off
  • Maternity/Paternity leave
  • Full indoor basketball/volleyball court
  • Fully equipped fitness center (cardio, weights, functional fitness area, lockers and showers, etc.)
  • Meditation/Nap room
  • And much more!

Trove Brands is an equal opportunity employer.

Phone calls regarding this position are not accepted.

This is a fully in‑office position at our HQ in Lehi, Utah.
