Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end planning to execution of marketing and product campaigns across difference surfaces and channels.
  • Partner with product managers, design, analytics, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with different internal partner teams (growth teams) to determine prioritization, stack rank requests to match the delivery capacity.
  • Manage campaign intake requests, track status, and maintain documentation for visibility across stakeholders.
  • Partner with analytics team to coordinate and deliver on the insights.
  • Ensure campaign assets, targeting rules, and personalization logic are correctly implemented across surfaces & channels.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and escalate blockers proactively.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to increase campaign velocity, quality, and scalability.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4-6 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing coordination, or related roles in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management tools (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong personality to engage with internal stakeholders, ability to negotiate and set expectations, and manage critical deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), personalization engines, or audience segmentation tools.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other project management systems.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JSON for email templates or web campaigns.
Compensation:
