Job Description

Responsible for supporting marketing campaign initiatives that gather and integrate campaign requirements, data, and business needs to drive effective marketing strategies across the organization. Collaborates with internal and external partners to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns. Presents campaign data and analysis in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.Recommends adjustments, and ensures all campaign activities, data usage, and results comply with company standards. Requires the ability to work independently with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Interpret business needs into detailed campaign and analytic requirements

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns start to finish

  • Interface closely with various product and marketing teams for project management and scheduling

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners

  • Coordinate campaign deliverables to internal and/or external end users

  • Engage with Analytics/Reporting team to confirm campaign reporting/tracking objectives are built into campaign

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of Database Marketing Campaign Operations, Marketing Analytics or related field

  • Cloud tool experience such as:Azure, Synapse, Databricks, Python, SQL

  • Prior SAS coding experience a plus

  • Experience extracting data from multiple source systems and relational databases

  • Analytic and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail

  • Financial Services experience preferred

  • Ability to collaborate effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

  • Basic project management experience, ability to lead project from inception to completion

  • Adobe Workfront Management Platform experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Location Expectations

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
