Job description

Who We Are:

NatureBridge provides best-in-class environmental science education experiences for more than 30,000 students and their teachers every year in the world’s best classrooms: our National Parks. Our mission is to connect young people to the science and wonder of the natural world, igniting self-discovery and inspiring stewardship of the planet. What You Will Do:

Job Summary:

As Campaign Lead, you will partner closely with the Chief Development Officer, CEO, campaign volunteers, and principal donors to help drive the largest fundraising effort in NatureBridge's history. This is an opportunity for a development professional who is both strategic and highly organized, someone who can manage complexity, build strong relationships, and keep a major campaign moving forward with clarity and momentum. The Campaign Lead will direct campaign implementation, ensuring that priorities are clear, stakeholders are aligned, and progress is consistently advancing.

Success in this role will expand access to outdoor education for thousands of students each year, deepen the quality of programs delivered in national parks, and support NatureBridge’s ability to serve future generations.

This position takes place fully remotely, and can be performed by any candidate in the United States.

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in the workplace. We especially encourage you to apply if you are a member of (or have extensive experience working with people from) any communities that are impacted by the historic and current system of oppression that has limited access to environmental education, or the outdoors in general.
