Overall Position Purpose

The Brand Campaign Manager supports the successful execution of brand and marketing campaigns by translating approved strategies and campaign briefs into coordinated action. This position works closely with the Director of Brand Strategy and Communications, internal stakeholders, vendors, and agency partners to manage campaign activities, support launch efforts, maintain brand consistency, and monitor campaign performance. The Brand Campaign Manager will promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity.


Core Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of campaign plans from strategy brief through launch and reporting;
  • Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and agency partners to develop and deliver all campaign assets;
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure campaigns stay on track;
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with adjustments or optimization based on early results;
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints;
  • Assist with the collection and organization of campaign metrics and audience feedback to identify trends and opportunities;
  • Support the review of campaign assets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established brand standards;
  • Gather, organize, and maintain campaign-related content, assets, approvals, and supporting documentation;
  • Assist with campaign launch activities, ensuring required materials, resources, and communications are prepared and distributed;
  • Support the Director of Brand and Communications in implementing integrated marketing initiatives;
  • Maintain awareness of brand standards, audience needs, and industry trends to support campaign effectiveness; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign management; and
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with agencies or creative teams.


Required Qualifications/ Skills

  • Strong understanding of the creative process and experience working with design, content, and digital teams;
  • Strong verbal, written, and collaborative skills to support effective communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Capable of analyzing problems rigorously and from all angles, showing sound practical judgment;
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, enhance content development, support campaign execution, and increase operational efficiency;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously;
  • Experience coordinating work across internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and external partners;
  • Knowledge of marketing campaign execution and integrated marketing principles;
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and reporting;
  • Ability to sustain a positive attitude in challenging situations;
  • Contributes to fostering a supportive and upbeat culture within the department and the organization as a whole;
  • Consistent attention to detail and follow-through skills; and
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning and leveraging new technologies, software platforms, and digital tools to support business objectives.


Work Environment

The incumbent will work at a desk in an office environment or an approved remote location. This position may require evening and weekend hours, as well as occasional travel. There are minimal requirements to lift or move equipment.
