Job Summary:
DataSoft Technologies is a highly recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. They are seeking a Management, Applications Development professional to monitor website performance, perform system updates, and manage content for their web applications.
Responsibilities:
• As directed by the Department, monitor website performance and issues using New Relic, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• As directed by the Department, perform content management system updates with visual regression testing to maintain site integrity.
• As directed by the Department, review performance reports to identify trends and potential issues.
• As directed by the Department, apply platform compatibility and security updates provided by Pantheon’s Drupal development team.
• As directed by the Department, submit website analytics reports and billing analyses to the Department.
• As directed by the Department, manage newsletter and blog subscriptions through an online client contact management platform such as Campaign Monitor.
• As directed by the Department, design, code, test, and launch up to 10 new site pages per year and refine existing content.
• As directed by the Department provide maintenance and updates to FLShotsusers.com.
• As directed by the Department, ensure all site pages under FLShotsusers.com are available in English and Spanish.
• As directed by the Department, maintain development, testing, and production versions of the FLShotsusers.com website through the Pantheon.io hosting platform.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in web development and maintenance, including design, coding, testing, and deployment of websites.
• Experience with Drupal CMS or similar content management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform website performance monitoring, security updates, and backups.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with PHP and Drupal development environment.
• Knowledge of web hosting platforms (e.g., Pantheon.io) and performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic).
• Understanding of website security best practices and data backup strategies.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in multilingual website support (English and Spanish preferred).
