We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

This Internship Program runs for 10-24 weeks. Candidates can also apply for both Project Intern position and Program Intern position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing various TikTok Shop campaigns, including Platform Campaigns(such as Black Friday&Cyber Monday),Category Campaigns(such as Halloween) and Super Brand Campaigns(with exciting benefits from the global campaigns) with involvement in resource allocation, merchant communication, and marketing strategy. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth implementation of activities.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign business plans, leveraging data analysis and research to gain insights into operational performance and provide strategic support for decision-making.
  • Participate in designing campaign marketing strategies, assist in project management, and facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Support cross-team communication for key campaign initiatives, working with industry experts, operations, user growth (UG), product teams, and more. Assist in project management and drive implementation across teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in Excel formulas; experience with design software is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Business/ Marketing or related field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce activities and marketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software.
