This role assists with website taxonomy management, customer journey mapping, campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics validation while helping maintain organized documentation and processes. The intern will also research and test approved AI tools to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency, contributing insights and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across digital marketing initiatives.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Computer hardware, operating system (Windows or Mac), and software/application (MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook etc.) skills. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), PowerBI is a plus 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills 
  • Proven self-starter who can initiate tasks and follow up to completion 
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills 
  • Desire to learn about career opportunities in the financial services industry
