Job description

Assistant Marketing Coordinator

Do you love telling stories that make people smile? Are you passionate about creating content that celebrates people, builds community, and strengthens a brand people genuinely trust? Do you love turning ideas into engaging content, analyzing what performs best, and finding creative ways to grow an audience?
At Wendle Motors, marketing is about much more than selling vehicles – it's about sharing the people, culture, and community that have made us a family-owned dealership for more than 80 years.
Wendle Motors is looking for an energetic, organized, and creative Assistant Marketing Coordinator to help tell our story. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of a company's marketing strategy.
No two days look the same at Wendle. One day you might be celebrating a team member's milestone, filming a customer's exciting vehicle delivery, covering one of our community events, or brainstorming the next campaign that helps tell our story. The next, you could be analyzing engagement data, researching marketing trends, creating email campaigns, or collaborating with every department to showcase what makes Wendle so special.
If you're looking for a marketing position where your ideas matter and your work has a direct impact on a well-known local brand, we'd love to meet you.

  • Comfortable learning new technology, software, and marketing platforms
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing software is a plus
  • Photography, videography, or portfolio samples are encouraged

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Photograph vehicles, employees, customers, dealership events, and community involvement

  • Research social media trends, platform updates, and marketing best practices to continually improve performance
  • Monitor engagement, grow social media audiences, respond to comments and messages, and help strengthen our online presence
