Job description

Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring a Camp Manager in Laguna Niguel to oversee daily youth camp programming in South Orange County.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for staff development, safety oversight, and operational efficiency.

What Youll Manage:

  • Daily camper check-in and dismissal procedures

  • Staff supervision and accountability

  • Curriculum pacing and drill execution

  • Creating a fun, positive, and structured camp culture

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior camp or athletic program leadership
