Martin Bros. is seeking dependable and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to provide professional and accurate delivery service to our customers. Delivery Drivers are ambassadors of Martin Bros. and play a crucial role in representing our brand through safe driving practices, accurate product delivery and providing legendary customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Customer Service

  • Make accurate and on-time deliveries to customers.
  • Stack, scan, and transport products safely
  • Place product in designated temperature-controlled areas (cooler, freezer, dry storage, etc.).
  • Issue credits and handle returns as directed
  • Perform customer service functions including collections when required.
  • Communicate with supervisor, manager or Transportation office any necessary information in a timely manner.

Schedule & Hours

  • Delivery routes typically start between 2:00 - 4:00 AM; some routes may begin earlier or later depending on location.
  • Drivers can expect to work 10-12-hour shifts, averaging 50-55 hours per week.
  • Routes are primarily day routes.Monday - Friday; Home daily.
  • Class A CDL with a good driving record is required.

Professional Representation

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Maintain professional conduct with customers, the public, and coworkers.
  • Follow company procedures, policies, and uniform requirements.

Safe Operation & Driving Standards

  • Safely operate assigned tractor/trailer and obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
