Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Locksmith & Security Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the scheduling Alarm, Camera, Access Control, Locksmith, Automation, and A/V service Calls to ensure they are scheduled with customer and jobs created for technician in our Service Fusion Software.  The ideal candidate is very organized, self driven, and has some experience in our field but not required. Our office can be very fast pace at times so we are looking for someone with strong leadership and someone with crisis resolution skills vs passing any potential issues onto fellow employees. We are a team which includes the Managers and owners being available for questions and being hands on.   

Responsibilities 
  • Manage several aspects of service jobs, installs, and projects
  • Coordinate with other construction professionals and customers for scheduling purposes
  • Work with and communicate within our office & mobile staff through our softwares.
  • Ensure our technicians are properly informed about each job through our scheduling platform and verbal communication.
  • Estimate costs properly for customers
  • Work with internal office coordinators for scheduling 
  • Supervise and direct technicians 
  • Report on progress to ownership 
  • Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
  • Visit job sites and construction meetings as needed 
Preferred Qualifications (not required) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Construction or Project Manager
  • Project management certification is preferred
  • Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes 
  • Advanced knowledge of Vacation Rental homes and/or use of Keyless Locks on them
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes
  • Advanced knowledge of security alarms, fire alarms, surveillance cameras, and access control
  • Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
  • Ability to break large projects into small stepsa
