Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Southfield, MI studio. You'll host live casino games - Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat - while players join online from around the world.

Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Host live casino games on camera - Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
  • Engage and entertain online players with energy and professionalism every shift
  • Deal cards and run game rounds using trained procedures
  • Bring the same crowd-reading, energy-managing instincts you built behind the bar

Shift Options

Who We're Looking For
  • Current or former bartender, server, waitress, or barback
  • Energetic, people-oriented, and comfortable in the spotlight
  • Looking for consistent hours and a predictable schedule
  • Available for full-time shifts including evenings and weekends
  • No casino or dealing experience required

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
  • Must complete pre-employment drug and background checks
  • Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
  • Comfortable wearing theatrical makeup (foundation, blush)
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
  • Repeated use of both hands and arms
  • Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
  • Ability to communicate verbally to players
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
  • Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
  • Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
