About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AI Product leader to lead our AI product development initiatives and drive the creation of cutting‑edge AI solutions for our Industrial and Public Sector customers.

As the Director of AI Products, you will define and execute the AI product strategy, interact closely with customers and cross‑functional teams—including ML engineers, platform engineers, designers, sales and marketing—to bring our vision to life and deliver transformative solutions. You will build and own the roadmap, manage user experience, and prioritize opportunities with a framework based on feasibility and value.

Location

Office‑based at our Bellevue, Washington office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI product strategy aligned with the company’s vision.
  • Conduct in‑depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Gather and analyze customer and partner insights to inform product development.
  • Create and manage the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with ML, platform engineering, design, sales, finance and marketing teams to ensure successful development and launch.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for AI initiatives.
  • Lead the go‑to‑market strategy, including pricing, contracts, positioning and marketing.
  • Establish KPIs and monitor product performance to make data‑driven optimizations.
  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop with stakeholders and customers to improve products.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, privacy and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • At least 10 years of Product Management experience, with a track record of launching AI products in the last 5 years.
  • Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning and data science concepts including image classifiers, transformers, neural nets, deep learning and generative AI.
  • Strong B2B enterprise experience and familiarity with large industrial or public sector customers.
  • Experience managing IoT products such as drones, cameras, sensors, body‑cams, etc.
  • Domain knowledge in Industrial Automation, Asset Performance Management, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining or State and Local agencies is highly desired.
  • Experience building product UI and UX in collaboration with design teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for senior executive audiences.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a keen sense of user experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $215,470 – $269,400 USD.
