Job description

Best Integrated Systems, LLC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Low Voltage Security Installation Technician to join our field installation team.


This position is ideal for experienced security alarm, CCTV, access control, and low-voltage technicians located in or near Prince George's County, Montgomery County, or Northern Virginia.


This is a hands-on FIELD TECHNICIAN position — not an IT, help desk, software, or network administration role. We are looking for someone with real-world experience installing, wiring, terminating, programming, and servicing electronic security and low-voltage systems.


We’re looking for someone who knows the trade, can work independently, and takes pride in doing quality work. This is an opportunity for an experienced technician who is ready to join a growing company and become an important part of our team.


What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing and programming security alarm systems
• Installing surveillance cameras and video systems
• Installing access control and other low-voltage systems
• Running, terminating, and troubleshooting low-voltage wiring
• Reading plans and following installation specifications
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Performing service and installation work
• Communicating professionally with customers and team members
• Maintaining a clean and professional jobsite


What We’re Looking For

2+ years of security, low-voltage, or electronic systems installation experience
Strong knowledge of alarm, camera, and low-voltage systems
Able to troubleshoot problems and work independently
Experienced with hand and power tools
Professional and customer-service oriented
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical installation work
