Job description

We are seeking a Mechanical Inspector/CMM Programmer to join our team at a fast paced Aerospace/Commercial manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough examinations of all materials, paperwork and finished product
  • Perform detailed visual inspections before shipping
  • Prepare Inspection Plan for parts as well as perform 1st Article & Final Inspection
  • Prepare for internal audits
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

​​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as Mechanical Inspector & CMM programmer. Minimum experience required 7 years
  • Strong attention to detail & able to interpret blueprints
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills in performing root cause analysis of quality issues, issue corrective actions & follow thru
  • Program Zeiss CMM's with Calypso programming
  • Previous experience calibrating tools and maintain calibration records
