CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE LOCATION Dallas, Texas | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $23/hour • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm • Employment type: 6-8 month contract ROLE IMPACT Support deposit operations and deliver excellent service to internal and external banking customers. This role helps ensure accurate account processing, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of customer requests while supporting branch and back-office operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support daily deposit operations processing, including Day 2 validation, file maintenance, non-posts, NSF items, new/closed account reviews, account confirmations, and operational reports. • Open and maintain personal and business deposit accounts, completing CIP/KYC verification, beneficial ownership/CDD requirements, signer changes, documentation review, system coding, and account closures. • Assist with wire transfers, OFAC/watchlist review, required screening and callback procedures, and escalation of potential compliance issues. • Respond to customer inquiries and account-service requests involving EFTs, AFTs, stop payments, deposit products, service charges, ATM/debit cards, checking and savings transactions, funds availability, and check verification. • Research and resolve customer issues, coordinate with other departments, provide statement/check copies, and assist with bank operations or teller duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from an accredited educational institution. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience utilizing Jack Henry, Fiserv, or another mainstream bank core operating system.
