Compensation: $17.95/hour


Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Collections Representative to join their fast-paced contact center team in Mississauga, Ontario. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a high-volume customer environment, enjoy helping people find solutions, and are comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with repayment options and financial solutions, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.


Location & Schedule

  • Mississauga, ON (Onsite for training)
  • Contract: 6 Months
  • Start Date: August 31, 2026
  • Training & Nesting: 5 days onsite per week for the first 10 weeks
  • Post-training: Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) upon meeting performance expectations
  • Hours of Operation: 6:30 AM โ€“ 11:00 PM EST
  • Candidates must be flexible with scheduling shifts within operating hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
  • Educate customers on available programs, services, and solutions
  • Discuss outstanding balances and repayment options
  • Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities to enroll customers in debt management programs
  • Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
  • Meet productivity, compliance, and quality standards in a contact center environment
