COMPENSATION:
AM Shift (6:45 am – 2:00 pm): Starting at $19.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus!
PM Shift (1:45 pm -- 9:00 pm): Starting at $21.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus!
ROLE:
  • Place outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calling – all leads are provided).
  • Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and answer basic questions.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of a free in-home inspection.
  • Schedule inspection appointments at times convenient for the homeowner.
  • Document all interactions and update scheduling systems accurately.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
