Call Center Representative

You know that friend who can juggle three conversations, solve a problem, and still make someone feel heard? We're looking for that person. Our busy women's health clinic is searching for a Call Center Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping patients, and can keep their cool when the phones are ringing, messages are flowing, and schedules are changing. If you love organization, teamwork, and making a difference in someone's day, we want to meet you.

This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our Country Club Road location in Eugene, OR. The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week (Monday โ€“ Friday), and we are proud to offer a great benefits package. Our Call Center Representative recruiting pay range is $17.96 - $21.64.

What will you do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist new and established patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
  • Assist patients with portal access.
  • Accurately record patient information, inquiries, and call details into the system.
  • Liaise between patients and healthcare providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up on pending patient requests and ensure timely resolution.

What do you need to bring to the role:

  • Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED required and one year of call center experience in a professional environment preferred.
