Job description

Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer

Location(s): Herndon, VA or Cape Canaveral, FL
Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure, including VoIP, IP telephony, voice, video, and mobility solutions across enterprise and multi-site environments.
  • Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), IP phones, voicemail systems, and related telecommunications platforms.
  • Lead software upgrades, deployments, and enhancements for Cisco Unified Communications products while ensuring system performance and reliability.
  • Analyze call flows and call detail records (CDRs) to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex voice and network issues.
  • Provide technical support to end users and IT teams, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and independently resolve escalated issues.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Cisco telecommunications/Unified Communications systems.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Experience designing and deploying Cisco voice solutions in multi-site environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, customer support, and problem-resolution skills.
