Job Description:

SCOPE: The Operator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the centralized Call Center, ensuring exceptional service delivery to patients, family members, providers, and staff. This role requires call management that meets quality standards and supports a positive patient experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner using the call management platform
  • Create tickets in Navigating Cancer, selecting the appropriate incident type, documenting details, and directing it to the appropriate clinic.
  • Transfer appropriate calls in the correct manner to the designated number Maintain open communication and active engagement through the Teams channel and otherwise
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required
Customer service experience

Call center experience preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
