Job description

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Call Center Specialist. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Call Center Specialist will answer a high volume of incoming phone calls to the call center in a timely manner. Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written for clear, legible messages. Pleasant, friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and all incoming/outcoming callers. Direct calls appropriately by transferring and/or taking detailed messages. Schedule appointments according to physician profiles. Some insurance/billing. Assist with any other task assigned. The Call Center Specialist must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.


Education required: HS/GED

Experience: Multi-lined phone experience, Customer Service Representative experience, and some insurance/billing experience preferred.
