Job description

At Fitness Connection, our General Managers are more than operators - they are frontline leaders, motivators, and culture-drivers. They lead by example, get their hands dirty, and know how to balance performance and people.

We're hiring high-energy, results-focused leaders to take charge of our clubs, grow strong teams, and create amazing member experiences. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What You'll Do:

Lead from the front. You're the face of the club, setting the pace, driving the culture, and leading by example - especially when it comes to sales.

Coach your team. You'll guide and develop your Sales Manager and Operations Manager, who each lead their own teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.

Own the sales floor. Whether it's generating leads, closing memberships, or boosting revenue, you're actively involved and visibly engaged.

Keep the club running strong. From cleanliness and staffing to scheduling and service - you'll be hands-on with day-to-day operations and accountability.

Grow people and performance. Your job isn't just to hit the numbers - it's to build a team that wants to hit them, and knows how.

---

Who This Role is For:

Sales-first leaders who aren't afraid to get on the floor and make it happen

Coaches and motivators who can build team culture and develop new talent

Operators who can juggle sales, staffing, service, and member experience

Growth-minded pros who want more than just a job - they want to lead, win, and make an impact

You don't have to come from fitness. We hire leaders from retail, restaurants, wireless, call centers, hospitality, and beyond. If you know how to drive performance and inspire people, you'll thrive here.

---

What You'll Get:

Competitive salary plus monthly bonus based on club performance

A 60-day GM onboarding program built to set you up for success

Real career path opportunities as we continue to grow

Free club access and team member perks

A team-first, purpose-driven culture that's focused on changing lives through fitness

---

Why Fitness Connection?

With 45+ clubs and more on the way, we're building something special - a place where passionate leaders can grow, drive results, and be part of something that matters. Our mission is simple: change lives through fitness, and have a blast doing it.

We believe in hiring EPIC leaders - those who Deliver What Matters, Dive Deep, Lead with Integrity, and Hustle with Heart.

---

Ready to lead from the front? Apply now. Let's build something EPIC together.
