Outbound Call Center Specialist

Atlanta, GA

Contract: $17/hr

Possible shifts: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm. May require weekend availability.

Our client is a healthcare company seeking an Outbound Call Center Specialist. This position will be responsible for making outbound calls to our clients' members to provide support and guidance regarding kit activation and return processes.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to members to address their queries and concerns related to kit activation and return.
  • Problem-solving: Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company products and services to effectively communicate with members.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record call information and customer interactions in the company CRM (Salesforce) system.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Patience and empathy to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
