Customer Relations Representative
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time, contract
Work Location: On-site
Position Overview
Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Relations Representatives for an on-site opportunity in the travel and hospitality industry.
This position involves assisting customers by phone with reservations, scheduling, account updates, and general questions. You'll work directly with callers to understand what they need, provide accurate information, and help resolve routine issues.
Paid training is provided, and previous travel industry experience is not required.
Available Schedules
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-10:00 PM
Weekend Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing
  • Take incoming calls from customers
  • Help with reservations, scheduling, and account-related requests
  • Answer questions about services and available options
  • Review customer information and make necessary updates
  • Enter notes and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Work through routine customer concerns and questions
  • Provide clear information about policies and next steps
  • Refer issues to another department when additional assistance is needed
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach with customers
  • Coordinate with supervisors and team members throughout the day
