What you will do

  • Manage incoming calls from customers 
  • Schedule and manage customer estimates 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided 
  • Manage customer and technician schedules 
  • Renew and manage maintenance agreements 
  • Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support 
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed 
  • Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns 

Who you are: 

  • 1-5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record 
  • Experience with MS Office products preferred 
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred
