If you are a Customer Service Specialist looking for a hybrid role you can grow in and work alongside some of the top providers in the area, then Alliance Spine and Pain Centers is the right place for you!
 
This is a full-time hybrid position that offers a great benefits package!

 
No weekends, 8 Major Holidays off, no overnights and only 2 days in the office! All shifts end by 5pm.
 
 
Education and/or Experience:

  • Associate degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting
  • 1+ year of experience working in a fast-paced call center environment

 
Ideal candidate would have:

  • World-class customer service skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining professionalism and compassion with every patient interaction
  • Previous experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls or working at the front desk in a medical environment is preferred.
  • Experience handling 100+ calls a day in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to accurately interpret and communicate healthcare information
  • Prior experience using Electronic Medical Record systems, preferably e-ClinicalWorks
  • Experience working a structured schedule with assigned lunch and break periods
