Job description

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading Ambulatory Surgery Center in Jasckon, MS, specializing in dental restorative and exodontia procedures for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia.

We are seeking a Part-Time Dental Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team focused on providing excellent anesthesia care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Schedule: Part-Time (1-2 Days per week)| No Call | No Weekends or Holidays

What You’ll Do

  • Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with the surgical team
  • Care for approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
  • Work closely with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other care team members
  • Support a positive, patient-focused culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Dentist Anesthesiologist
  • Experience working with pediatric patients
  • Appropriate state licensure for the practice location
  • Current BLS certification
  • AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months of hire
  • National Board certification strongly preferred
  • Experience practicing across a range of anesthesia staffing models preferred, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work in a medical facility with patient-care equipment

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift or support patients as needed
