Job Description

  • Typically requires 10 or more years working with Avaya PBX and Avaya Call Center applications.
  • Requires proven experience with Avaya hardware and software implementations, including Communication Manager, CMS, Experience Portal, Messaging, and Session Manager.
  • Requires strong experience with NICE Recording systems, including Workforce Management , Quality Monitoring and Speech Analytics
  • Proven experience with CTI integration projects is highly-preferred

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing IT solutions that leverages the architectural roadmap and standards of ABC, seamlessly integrate with the existing IT portfolio and deliver on the defined business requirements.
  • The Solutions Architect will provide guidance and subject matter expertise in the areas of Telecommunications and Call Center applications and the tools used within the Unified Communications group.
  • This individual will approve, design, and standardize future architectural decisions for the unified Communications group.
  • The Solutions Architect will work closely with the Telecommunications and Call Center Technical Lead to guide developers in creating environment where future Unified Communications technology will be on the forefront.
