Peter Boulware Toyota is looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Service Call Center Representative to join our growing team!

This position plays a huge role in creating an exceptional customer experience by helping customers schedule service appointments, answering questions, following up on vehicle needs, and keeping communication smooth between our customers and service department.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding maintenance, recalls, missed appointments, and recommended services
  • Provide excellent customer service while building rapport with customers
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and management to ensure customers are taken care of
  • Respond to customer questions through phone, text, and email communication
  • Maintain accurate customer information and appointment notes
  • Work toward daily and monthly performance goals in a team-oriented environment
  • Help create a positive, upbeat atmosphere for both customers and coworkers
