Businesses employ call center representatives to handle a range of customer issues, including resolving complaints, processing transactions, and answering customer questions. They may also make cold calls or other outgoing calls for a company, usually following a set dialog script. Job description

Customer Call Center Representative – Seasonal
Pay: $20.00/hr | Full-Time | October 2026 – Early January 2027

Paid training. Full-time hours through the busiest, most rewarding season of the year — and you're still home for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Enjoy talking to people and solving problems? This is your season.

We're hiring Customer Call Center Representatives to support guests across our family of brands — over the phone, live chat, email, and SMS. You'll help customers track orders, work through issues, and feel the same warmth they'd get walking into one of our stores.

This is a full-time role only — part-time schedules aren't available. Daily hours and shifts will shift based on call volume throughout the season, but a full-time commitment is required.

What you'll do:

  • Provide friendly, first-contact-resolution service across phone, chat, email, and SMS
  • Assist with orders, shipments, returns, and billing questions
  • Navigate multiple systems while keeping every conversation warm and human
  • Learn our brands inside and out so you can problem-solve with confidence

What you'll get:

  • $20.00 per hour
  • Full-time hours, October through early January
  • Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day OFF
  • Generous associate discount across our brands
  • Paid training and ongoing coaching
  • A fun, close-knit team that celebrates wins together

What we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
  • Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact center experience a plus

This is an on-site position — remote work is not available.

If you enjoy connecting with people, love solving problems, and want to spend the holidays with a team that believes in making a difference — apply today.
