Reports To:
Subway Catering Director of Operations
Job Summary
This position is responsible for interacting with customers and franchisee's by providing information in response to inquiries about Subway products and services.
Duties & Essential Job FunctionsCustomer Service Representatives are asked to capitalize on sales opportunities, provide quotes for upcoming events, take detailed notes, and ensure the Subway store understands the order requests.
Phone Sales
Customer Service Representative will be asked to answer phones and respond to customer's request, sell Subway products and place customer's orders with the appropriate Subway store and up-sell products and recommend the appropriate products based on fact finding.
Payment ProcessingCustomer Service Representative will be responsible for processing the customer's credit cards. They will input the card information and provide proper reporting to Subway Headquarters.
AdministrationCustomer Service Representative will be asked to field all phone calls coming into the call center and transfer them to the appropriate staff member. They will place follow-up calls as time allows and document customer complaints.
QualificationsCustomer Service Representative must posses professional verbal and written communication skills, must to be computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications quickly, must have good communication skills and enjoy working on a team.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation.
Schedule
Sunday's and Monday's from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Wednesday's from 5 pm to 11 pm.
