Our Plainwell, MI location is currently looking for full-time Call Center/Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team. Our ideal Call Center/Customer Care Specialist candidate enjoys providing exceptional customer service, thrives under pressure, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service while answering high volume inbound calls
  • Close and schedule jobs
  • Manage pipelines and outbound lists (no cold calling)
  • Provide detailed Salesforce documentation
  • Follow Modernistic call flow
  • Actively listen and address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products & services
Requirements
  • 1+ year previous experience in customer service, sales or other customer focused fields
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • High volume call center experience preferred
  • Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Must have strong computer skills including MS Office and other standard applications
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a smile that can be heard through the phone
  • Accurate, organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work some weekends
